For your first appointment, please remember to bring the following:
- Referral letter from your GP or specialist
- Medicare card, DVA card, Pension card
- Medication lists
- Blood test results, x-rays, Ultrasound, CT, MRI, Bone mineral density scan, etc.
Consultation Fees
At the time you make your appointment, you will be advised of the fees and how much you can get back from Medicare.
Bulk billing is not routinely available at My Specialists Sydney and Integrated Specialist Healthcare.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to keep your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible and allow at least 24 hours notice so that we can offer your appointment time to other patients on our waiting list, otherwise a cancellation fee may be charged.
